How does this all really work?
Each feature has information to engage your mind through related topics with steps to complete with the goal of becoming the best version of yourself. As you progress through each feature, it builds on itself to aid in your development. The focus is to know what you desire and let go of conforming to what others want of you. This is meant to serve as your safe place where you can look at your past, to outline your future through acting on the present. The more active you are with the features the more you can potentially grow. Even after you have completed all the features, it is meant to be used continuously to aid in what you are going through. The members page has all the below features.
My Journal
By keeping a journal, you keep your thoughts organized and are able to better communicate. It is a great way to strengthen your memory and reduce stress during times when you feel overwhelmed. Expressing your thoughts allows you to step back to take a different view which helps to reflect. Search engine is included to review past entries. Pictures, audio and videos uploads are available to express yourself.
My Daily Priorities
Having a priority list helps to organize what tasks you need to complete. By writing down what you need to get done you increase the probability of accomplishing it. Use it to help you focus on the important daily tasks (maximum of 4) and careful not to turn it into a to-do list. A to-do list can fall into a trap of having 20 things that must get done which can make looking at it overwhelming. If action is not taken, then it should not be on the list. Keeping a maximum of 4 daily things makes it manageable to complete .
Self-Reflection
Taking time to better understand yourself allows to you know where your starting point is. Here you can go through several steps to become more aware of yourself through many steps that focuses on different aspects of yourself.
Managing My Emotions
Our emotions are what makes so many things enjoyable but also painful. This area provides the opportunity to understand your emotions and how they effect your life. You can see the benefits and drawbacks of what you go through and use it to help handle yourself better.
My Focus
When you are aware of what you focus on, you know where you are headed. Focus is key to how well you perform. It is a powerful tool that should be harnessed properly to allow yourself to thrive. Here you'll see what your current focus is and ways to improve it.
My Struggles
Struggles are a constant part of life no matter how good things seem. Examining how you handle struggle can prepare you for the next things you may face. Through the steps provided you can become more equipped to overcome the many situations that are difficult.
Dealing With Negativity
Negativity can be one of the biggest challenges that we face. How you deal with negativity will determine how well or poor you experience things. Here you can work on identifying the negativity around you, how it affects you and how you can minimize its impact. By knowing where the holes in our road we can avoid falling in them.
Dare To Fail
Often times people will remain in their comfort zone to avoid failing even though growth opportunity is present. Along with the emotions of anger and disappointment one feels, shame can be a big driver to remain comfortable. The fear of what others think of them are barriers that need to be knocked down to purse a life of empowerment. You can build the importance of what you think of yourself and not worry about how others view you. Once you value that, your opportunities are immense. No longer will your actions be dictated by what others think. Go purse great things with all your effort and any self-doubt will only limit your performance. Our curiosity can act as our compass to help us find a new avenue that can bring us joy. This area provides you the opportunity to explore and write down what you wonder about through your day. Because our minds wonder there is a tendency to forget these things over time, but when something grabs your attention, capture it in this area to later explore it.
Things To Remember
Throughout the various experiences you have, there are things that should be remembered so you know what the important things are. There are many distractions that can cloud your thoughts that can cause you to forget them. The space provides reminders in different times to help you keep them in focus.
Finding Perspective
Throughout our lives we will encounter periods of feeling stuck or even lost and this happens many times from viewing things the same way. The thought process goes through familiar steps that often result in a familiar conclusion. When trying to overcome this wall it's great to take a step back. This feature can help you go through different thought process to help see potential opportunities and or solutions. You'll have the ability to document this info to reference back to for future use.
My Vision
We all have hopes and dreams that we tend to only keep in our minds and as we go through our lives, these thoughts fade over time. These thoughts are our aspirations, and we must continue to keep them alive. Here, you can create the vision that helps bring them to life and work to materialize it. No matter how vague your vision is, write it down, add pictures, drawings, other things to get started and build upon it. How will you know when you have arrived at your destination if do not know what it looks like?
My Inspiration & Motivation
Knowing what your inspiration and motivation is key to finding direction in your life. It fuels your actions and this space provides the opportunity to find your inspiration and motivation through various steps that focuses on fundamental things.
Finding My Purpose
If you are asking yourself this question, congratulations because this shows you are searching for fulfillment. This is what drives us every day striving to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. Once you find your purpose everything else naturally falls into place. The setbacks experienced are no longer as discouraging and achievements no longer give a false sense of identity. We can help find your purpose through a series of exercises. There is no timetable of when you'll find your purpose, so this feature stores your work to reflect.
Defining My Success
Success is an accomplishment of an aim or purpose and this will be different for each person. What one considers success may not be the same for another. It is important for you to define what success is to you and pursuit it. Many times, people follow what others deem success is and can lead to one living restricted. The common path of going to school and getting a secure job might be seen as success for many people but is not the only form. Here, you will define your own success through various tools provided.
Mindset Building
Your mindset dictates the direction of your life and it starts by the way you view things and your daily thoughts. Here is where you evaluate what your mindset is, if you are happy with it and if it will bring out the best in you. Not happy with your mindset and not sure how to change it, you can formulate a plan to change and build it through conscious thoughts, exercises and progress tracking. Trait Development
You have traits that naturally are strong that helps throughout your daily life but what about traits that are not so strong and would like to improve such as confidence, courage, or mental strength.
